Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5-7 business days for in-stock items.

• Custom orders may take longer depending on the complexity of the project. Processing times for custom pieces will be communicated during the ordering process.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

• Estimated delivery times:

• Domestic Orders: 3-7 business days after shipping.

• International Orders: 7-21 business days after shipping, depending on location.

Packaging

• All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

• Fragile or original artworks will include additional protective packaging for added safety.

Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor its journey.

Returns and Refunds

• Due to the nature of custom and original artwork, all sales are final.

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage so I can assist you.
